I got this in the mail, and it did NOT have the instructions or the forend wrench to remove the bolt on my Mossberg 500.  It also does NOT come with the standard forend to mount it on.  You have to buy that seperate.  There is nothing that says that on the site.

Good value for the price and free ship.  Finish is good and does give a nice secure grip. One star off as the install requires a fair bit of effort, though this is really inherent in the nature of the pump action and is not highly difficult.  It does have a fair bit of side-to-side play (roll), though here again this is inherent to the pump action slide.  It integrates very nicely with the ATI 6-position pistol grip stock and produces a very maneuverable firearm for very little additional cost and about 30 minutes of time with simple hand tools.
