Out of the 6 hex head screws that were used on the mounting bracket only 1 could be unscrewed.  There was a small bead of something in the actual holes to fit the allen key. It was not paint, it could not be chipped out.  Instead they had to be cut out and replaced.  Pretty extensive for a cheap light.
