I purchased an NCS-APRLSG- laser sight for my Mossberg500 tatical shotgun. While installing it I read in the manual that the scope will only function between 59 and 95 degrees. As this is a tactical (as in self-defense) gun site, they should be aware that a person may have to defend themselves, whether against an animal or a person, outside of those temperature ranges. It seems unreasonable to me that they would sell a product for self-defense with these limitations without making it very clear to the potential buyer; which as far as I can see, they did not. My complaint to Shotgun500tactical went unanswered. If I wish to return the product I’m expected to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t shop there again.
